We’ve already shared where to find pie around town; now, we’re serving up something new — a mini guide to dining in Nashville’s Pie Town neighborhood.

With a relatively new nickname (coined in the past decade or so), this area is defined by its pie-shaped borders along 8th Avenue South, Lafayette Street, and I-40.

Where to find your next bite

Tennessee Brew Works boasts a full menu, including its signature Five Beer Burger, which infuses five kinds of brews into the toppings. Pie Town Tacos is open for lunch + Fogg Street Lawn Club is the spot for fish and chips and other pub-style eats. Looking ahead, Federales Tacos & Tequila plans to open this spring at 636 Division St.

Paseo South Gulch sits on the edge of Pie Town — the “crust,” if you will — offering even more dining options with Maiz de la Vida, Two Hands, and SunLife Organics.

If you’re searching for the neighborhood’s namesake, make weekend brunch reservations at City Winery for a slice of pecan pie topped with chocolate drizzle and whipped cream.
