The festival returns to Nashville’s Public Square Park — where beautiful cherry blossoms bloom every year — on Saturday, April 12.

There’s a reason National Geographic Travel named Music City one of the best places to see cherry blossoms in the US this year. The pink blooms will be on full display at the annual Nashville Cherry Blossom Festival, which takes place on Saturday, April 12 at downtown’s Public Square Park.

What to expect

In addition to music and dance performances, cultural and martial arts demonstrations, a marketplace, and children’s activities, make note of the following events:

  • Cherry Blossom Walk | The 2.5-mile course begins and ends at Public Square Park; arrive by 9:30 a.m.
  • Pups in Pink Parade | The parade departs the Union Street Stage at 9:30 a.m. before meeting back in the same spot for the best-dressed contest.
  • Lecture Series | Presented by the Consulate-General of Japan in Nashville

Where to park

Parking is available at the underground Metro Courthouse Garage (101 James Robertson Pkwy.) for $15, Nissan Stadium Lot E for $10+, and other nearby spots. Walk Bike Nashville is providing free bike valet + a dockless scooter parking zone at the corner of Union Street and 3rd Avenue North.
