TPAC announces 2026-2027 Broadway season

Get ready for six Nashville premieres, including “The Great Gatsby,” “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child,” and more.

The Tennessee Performing Arts Center is setting the stage for another year of Broadway magic with the release of its 2026-2027 season lineup. Get ready for eight productions, including six Nashville premieres and the return fan favorites.

Broadway season

  • “The Sound of Music” | Oct. 13-18 | The beloved Rodgers & Hammerstein classic returns with memorable tunes such as “Do-Re-Mi” and “My Favorite Things.”
  • “Death Becomes Her” | Nov. 3-8 | Adapted from the 1992 movie of the same name, this campy dark comedy follows two rivals chasing eternal youth.
  • “A Beautiful Noise: The Neil Diamond Musical” | Jan. 5-10, 2027 | Sing along to hits like “Sweet Caroline” in this jukebox musical celebrating the life and career of Neil Diamond.
  • “The Phantom of the Opera” | Feb. 3-14, 2027 | Andrew Lloyd Webber’s iconic tale set beneath the Paris Opera House makes its return.
  • “The Great Gatsby” | March 5-14, 2027 | F. Scott Fitzgerald’s Jazz Age classic sparkles on stage in this lavish new musical adaptation.
  • “Hell’s Kitchen” | March 30-April 4, 2027 | Featuring the music of Alicia Keys, this coming-of-age story is set against the backdrop of 1990s New York City.
  • “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” | April 27-May 9, 2027 | The next chapter in the wizarding world unfolds in this spellbinding stage production.
  • “Buena Vista Social Club” | May 18-23, 2027 | The Tony Award-winning musical brings the Grammy Award-winning 1997 album of the same name to life.

Special season add-ons

  • “Jersey Boys” | Sept. 16-20 | Back after eight years, the Tony Award-winning musical tells the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons.
  • “Beetlejuice” | June 15-20, 2027 | The fan-favorite musical comedy returns with its high-energy score.

How to score tickets

Season ticket holders can renew now, and new season packages are available on TPAC’s website. Single tickets will be released at a later date.
