We know downtown is busy, but Nashville Downtown Partnership’s 2025 Annual Report shows just how much the core of Music City has grown in a calendar year. Here’s a snapshot:

  • 22,000 residents live downtown, up 10% from 2024.
  • 88,000 people work downtown.
  • Restaurants added new outdoor seating along 2nd Avenue.
  • The first “creative crosswalk” debuted near the Ryman.
  • 415 free park events were hosted across Church Street Park, Riverfront Park, and Walk of Fame Park.
  • 393 dining spots and 191 nightlife venues operate downtown.
  • CMA Fest drew 95,000 fans daily + generated $86 million in visitor spending.
  • Ambassadors removed more than 2.1 million pounds of trash.
  • NDP established the Nashville Downtown Arboretum, featuring 3,000+ trees across 50 species.
