Who ya gonna call? hubNAshville.

If you’re humming the “Ghostbusters” theme right now, you’re in good company. Just like the Ghostbusters swoop in to tackle the unexplained happenings around town, hubNashville is the central resource for residents to report non-emergency issues big and small.

Whether it’s a missed trash pickup, a park maintenance request, or a malfunctioning traffic light, you can submit a request online through the hubNashville 311 app, or by calling 311. The platform also provides easy access to general city information, such as weekly road closures and library hours.

This month marks seven years since the platform’s launch, with over 1.6 million requests submitted since 2017. Here are some key stats:

  • 24,875 pothole requests
  • 28,139 illegal dumping requests
  • 15,559 snow and ice removal requests
  • 3,842 traffic light timing requests
  • 2,225 storm debris removal requests
  • 2,722 Hands On Nashville volunteer tornado damage assessment requests (after the March 2020 tornado)
