Blue Aster, 1620 West End Ave. | This restaurant named after the native Tennessee wildflower offers the Clean Heat (Seedlip Spice 94, jalapeno, lime, and ginger), Cool As A Cucumber (Seedlip Garden 108, mint, cucumber, lime, and honey), and Pomegranate Cosmo (Seedlip Grove 42, pomegranate, agave, lime, and lemon).

Thistle + Rye, 1620 West End Ave. | Cocktails on the menu are inspired by eras of time. Eddie Ate Dynamite, 1810 Broadway | Hotel Fraye’s elevated rooftop bar has an entire zero-proof menu featuring wine, beer, and five mocktail libations like the No Come Down (Seedlip Spice 94, espresso, demerara). Try this: Two CBD and THC-infused sips.

Denim, 401 Korean Veterans Blvd., Floor 21 | This swanky rooftop bar offers sweeping skyline views and two mocktails. Try the Something Cozy (Lyre’s dark cane, Lyre’s apéritif rosso, orange, vanilla bean cordial, and lemon) + Harvest Select (Lyre’s agave blanco, apple, pumpkin, fall-spiced honey, and lemon).

White Limozeen, 101 20th Ave. N. | This pretty in pink bar atop the Graduate Nashville just picked up Prima Pave non-alcoholic sparkling rosé, Casamara Italian non-alcoholic sodas, and is featuring a few new mocktails as well. Try this: Left on Read (blood orange puree, vanilla syrup, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, and egg white).

Bourbon Steak, 201 8th Ave. S. | The steakhouse located on the 34th floor of JW Marriott Nashville (read: 360-degree views of the skyline) serves a traditional zero-degree mocktail (Luxardo maraschino cherry, lime, and ginger) and rebellious zero-degree mocktail (apple and cinnamon shrub club soda).
