Ashwood 12 South, 2212 12th Ave. S. | Late 2024 | The development will offer ~100,000 sqft of retail and office space. While we wait for other tenants to be announced, plan to dine at restaurants Two Hands and Sushi-san when Ashwood opens.
5 City Blvd, Midtown | Late 2024/early 2025 | Once complete, the 15-story high-rise will be home to 360,000 sqft of office space and 17,000 sqft of retail.

Made in TN, 2905 12th Ave. S. | April 2023 | The store curates Tennessee-made goods, including local brands like Olive & Sinclair, Ranger Station, and Music City Suds. The 12 South shop will be the retailer’s third location. Attend the ribbon cutting on Thursday, April 20.
Vuori, 2701 12th Ave. S. | Spring 2023 | The California-based athletic clothing retailer will open in the building formerly home to Fork’s Drum Closet. Pro tip: If you’re looking for a post-shopping lunch, visit the new Hearts location next door.
The Mall at Green Hills, 2126 Abbott Martin Rd. | Opening dates vary | Permit data shows restaurant DraftKings Sports & Social + retailers Hugo Boss, Dolce & Gabbana, IWC Schaffhausen, Marc Jacobs, Upwest, and New York Butcher Shoppe are coming to the mall this year.
Tanger Outlets, Century Farms | Fall 2023 | Work is underway on this South Nashville outlet mall — expect brands like Nike, Fossil, and Vera Bradley.

St. Vito Focacceria, 609 Overton St. | Spring 2023 | From pop-up to brick-and-mortar, St. Vito Focacceria will serve sfincione pizza + beer, wine, and cocktails at its permanent home in The Gulch.
The Finch, 111 10th Ave. S. | Spring 2023 | The grill and raw bar will serve dishes like pan seared salmon and ricotta tortellini out of the the space formerly home to the Flying Saucer.
The Co-Op, 1205 Pine St. | Spring 2023 | Soon you’ll be sipping on frosé from The Co-Op’s second Nashville location.
Otaku Ramen, East Nashville + Franklin | Spring 2023 + late 2023 | The ramen shop will debut its biggest space yet (3,000 sqft) this spring at East Nashville’s Highland Yards development. Later this year, Otaku will expand to the Factory at Franklin.
Bad Idea, 1021 Russell St. | Opening date not announced | Local sommelier Alex Burch’s new wine bar and restaurant in Five Points plans to offer three wine lists, guest chef pop-ups, and more.
The Iberian Pig, 607 Overton St. | Opening date not announced | The Atlanta-based restaurant is expanding to Nashville and bringing with it a variety of tapas and charcuterie spreads.

Blind Barber, Paseo South Gulch | ~Spring 2023 | This barber shop and speakeasy concept has storefronts in LA and New York and will be located in the former Antiques Mall building with Two Hands, GoodVets, and Maiz De La Vida’s new concept (coming soon).
Great Big Game Show, Opry Mills, 433 Opry Mills Dr. | Opening date not announced | The live-action experience from the creators of The Escape Game will give groups the “thrill of a televised game show” without the pressure of an audience.
Tesla, 300 Shingle Way | Opening date not announced | A new flagship store in Cool Springs will span nearly 60,000 sqft and offer a vehicle gallery, service center, and Superchargers.

Wharf Park, Downtown Nashville | Planning stage | The park will be located on a 25-acre undeveloped property near the Cumberland River — a final draft of the concept plan is coming soon.
Mariposa Park, Tusculum Road | Planning stage | The name of this future 10-acre park means “butterfly” in Spanish — Metro Parks is hosting meetings in spring 2023 to discuss concept plans.

Alcove Nashville, 900 Church St. | Pre-leasing for summer 2023 | This 356-unit apartment building — located next to Nashville Yards — rises 34 floors and has two pools, a fitness studio, and dog park. Fun fact: The London Police recently completed this dog-centric mural.
900 at Cleveland Park, 900 Dickerson Pk. | Summer 2024 | The 256-unit development is located on the border of East Nashville’s Cleveland Park neighborhood.

Hand Cut Chophouse, 135 7th Ave. S. | Located in Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown, Hand Cut specializes in chops, burgers, and craft cocktails.
Sinatra Bar & Lounge, 222 4th Ave. N. | Beginning Saturday, April 15, patrons can enjoy traditional Italian dishes and steaks, as well as an atmosphere paying homage to the late Frank Sinatra.
PDK Southern Kitchen & Pantry, 4116 Charlotte Ave. | Dine at the local chain’s new West Nashville eatery for a variety of wraps, burgers, seafood, and other dishes.
Kisser, 747 Douglas Ave. | This former pop-up landed on Bloomberg and Bon Appétit’s lists of the most anticipated restaurant openings nationally in 2023. Now, it’s serving up Japanese comfort food from East Nashville’s Highland Yards development.
Nicoletto’s Italian Kitchen, 2619 Lebanon Pk. | Nicoletto’s “tiny but mighty” Donelson location marks the restaurant’s third eatery — order online or place a to-go order at the walk up window.

The Eighteen by Locale, 18 Mcferrin Ave. | This boutique apartment hotel features 11 custom-designed short-term rental units, including two bespoke penthouses. Head to the rooftop for sweeping views of downtown.
Element Salon, 2308 Elliston Pl. | The local salon chain offers a variety of services but is known for its unique approach to hair color. The Midtown location is accepting new and existing clients.
YogaSix Bellevue, 8133 Sawyer Brown Rd. | YogaSix offers a “full sensory yoga experience” targeting strength, agility, flexibility, and balance across six different classes.
