Pastis Nashville | Add on a bowl of onion soup to your lunch, brunch, or dinner and prepare for the ultimate cheese pull.

Mas Tacos Por Favor | The chicken tortilla soup is so beloved that many have tried to recreate the recipe at home — it even appeared in Bon Appétit — but nothing beats the original served with fresh cilantro, avocado, queso fresco, cherry tomatoes, and lime.

Little Hats Market | Little Hats Soup is an Italian cheese tortellini soup with crimini mushrooms, salsa verde, and Parmesan in chicken broth.

Vinh-Long | There are many to choose from, but the restaurant’s bánh mì bò kho (beef and carrot stew served with French bread) received a special shoutout.
