Calling all home design enthusiasts — your spring just got busier.

Whether you’re in the market for a new home or someone who just loves home interiors (we’re guilty of the latter), you’ll want to mark your calendars for the Downtown Home Tour, presented by the Nashville Downtown Partnership with lead sponsor Millcreek Residential.

Here’s what to know before you go:

The tour takes place on Sunday, April 19, from noon to 5 p.m.

  • Modera McGavock’s expansive 29th-floor sky lounge features a demo kitchen and an outdoor terrace with a grilling area. The clubroom includes two golf and multi-sport simulators, shuffleboard, and lounge seating.
  • The Emory & The Everett at Nashville Yards offers for-sale and for-rent homes in a dynamic, walkable live-work-play neighborhood, complemented by a private bar featuring a clubroom, library, and outdoor mezzanine.
  • The Paramount “Experience Center” shares the realistic feel of the future 750-ft tall building and design elements of the residences. Once complete, this property will be the tallest tower in Tennessee.
