Parenting win. For those moments when “we have food at home” just doesn’t do the trick, leave it to these local businesses to step up to the plate and fill it with low-cost food options for kids on select days of the week.

💸 Free

Fat Bottom Brewing | 800 44th Ave. N. | Kids eat free — minimum purchase required — every Wednesday.

Las Palmas Mexican Restaurante | Multiple locations | Students in grades K-7 receive a free meal with the purchase of an adult entrée any day of the week — show a report card with all As and Bs to the server.

Nicky’s Coal Fired | 5026 Centennial Blvd. | Kids pizza and pastas are free (ages 12 and under) every Monday with the purchase of an adult dinner for Nicky’s Family Night.

Chago’s Cantina | 2015 Belmont Blvd. | Receive a free kids meal with the purchase of an adult entree on Mondays for children 12 and under.

Streetcar Taps and Garden, 4916 Charlotte Pk. | Streetcar Family Day takes place all day on Mondays. Kids ages 12 and under eat free with their choice of cheeseburger sliders, grilled cheese, hotdogs, fries, and fruit.
