Detroit-based dining concept Experience Zuzu is en route to Nashville.

The restaurant, operated by Elia Group, is expected to open later in 2024 in the former Green Pheasant space (215 1st Ave. S.) across from Ascend Amphitheater, according to permits.

The Detroit location features dishes like the Omakase Sushi Tower (pictured above), as well as small plates (like honey walnut shrimp and tomato and crab ceviche), a variety of sushi, wood fire dishes, an extensive drink menu, and more.

While an exact opening date for the 7,600-sqft restaurant has not been announced, Experience Zuzu has launched a website to keep up with upcoming special events and early access.
