The 2025 Inc. 5000 list is here, and we’re breaking down Metro’s total growth, as well as meeting some of the Nashville-based and regional businesses that made the cut this year.

The 2025 Inc. 5000 list of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies is out and ~75 of them are based in the Nashville metro area. One Brentwood business even landed in the top 10 nationwide.

The annual list ranks companies based on three-year revenue growth. To qualify, businesses had to be privately held, for profit, and independently owned as of the end of 2024.

Metro’s claims to fame

These three Nashville-area companies cracked the top 100 on this year’s list:

No. 7: Monogram Health

Founded in 2019, this Brentwood health care company provides in-home clinical care for kidney disease. Monogram posted a 14,131% three-year revenue growth and expanded its workforce by 200%.

No. 73: RxLogic

Since 2020, Nashville’s RxLogic has provided software and consulting services that help improve compliance and productivity in drug safety operations. The company recorded 4,274% revenue growth over the past three years.

No. 100: Dreamliner Luxury Coaches

Whites Creek’s Dreamliner Luxury Coaches, which provides upscale coaches and event logistics for the entertainment industry, achieved a three-year revenue growth of 3,357%.
