Nashville’s murals are receiving recognition, with the city earning a nomination in USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards for “Best City for Street Art.”

The 615 is one of 20 cities vying for the title, alongside Jackson, TN, and places like Atlanta, Austin, and Portland. Readers can vote once a day through Monday, Feb. 17 to help move Nashville up on the leaderboard and decide the winners.

Here are just a few reasons why we’re sure Nashville made the cut:

  • Murals are everywhere — just consult our guide featuring 35+ vibrant works of art.
  • We have 20+ sculptures that double as bike racks.
  • Events like Artville add new murals to Wedgewood-Houston and Chestnut Hill every fall.
