Mixed-use community venue planned for East Nashville’s Inglewood neighborhood

The development will bring entertainment, a bar, retail + restaurant space to 3104 Gallatin Pk. by early 2025.

An open-air bar, wine shop, retail, restaurants, and entertainment — but at the forefront, a space for the community to just gather. That’s what the development, operating under Lost and Found LLC, hopes to bring to 3104 Gallatin Pk. by early next year.

“Inglewood is this great space where people have been looking for something for a long time,” Nathan Weinberg said. “And here it is.”

His other ventures include MW Real Estate, Retrograde Coffee, and Ugly Mugs Coffee & Tea. Along with partners Davey Rowe-Mabee, Steve Mabee, sommelier Kelly Boutwell, and Pearl Diver’s Jamie White, the group is no stranger to Nashville’s small business scene. So it only makes sense this project’s components will be 100% local.

Tenant talk

Drink | Purchase wine to take home or uncork and enjoy there + find pairings at the cheese and charcuterie shop, which will likely be a part of the two-story bar.

Eat | Other dining options include rotating food trucks.

Approximately three bays will host additional tenants. Though nothing has been confirmed, Weinberg is working with two well-known brands, one wanting to open a brick-and-mortar and the other expanding its brick-and-mortar footprint.

Concept inspiration

The idea began as a restaurant, but the pandemic and building costs changed that. Everyone then asked, “What are the things that we lack in Inglewood?”

Weinberg acknowledged the neighborhood already has great existing bars and restaurants, but what it was missing was a family-friendly hangout.

The vibe is inspired by New Orleans’ Bacchanal Fine Wine & Spirits and will emulate the atmosphere East Nashville Beer Works has created, but on a bit larger scale.

Focusing on features

Parking | Anticipate ~30 spaces + street parking nearby. Bus stops 56 and 4 are also adjacent to the property.

Entertainment | The lawn will host live music and outdoor movie nights, among other events.
