When the Tennessee Titans take to the field this weekend, many players will be lacing up to show support for local, national, and international organizations.

The NFL’s My Cause, My Cleats campaign, now in its seventh season, is an annual initiative that empowers players to highlight causes through custom designs on their game cleats.

At least 18 players signed up to participate for Sunday’s game against the Jaguars — either in warmups or during the game — including running back Derrick Henry, quarterback Ryan Tannehill, safety Kevin Byard, and center Ben Jones.

Here’s a look at the players and their causes:

🏈 Derrick Henry: Two All Foundation
🏈 Ryan Tannehill: Lifewater + Danita Children
🏈 Kevin Byard: Byard Family Legacy Fund
🏈 Ben Jones: The Jones Mission
