One of the project’s main focuses is the emphasis on walkability and transportation equity. Accessible to downtown via car or water taxi, the development will feature 3 interconnected parks that will serve as a hub for community activity + entertainment.

  • Summit Park will span 6 acres and accommodate large events, festivals, programs, and art installations.
  • Ravine Park will be the perfect place for outdoor activities with features like wooded trails, a dog park, and natural playscapes.
  • River Terraces will also be home to various markets and festivals as well as outdoor dining, cafes, and overlooks along the water.
