Today is Global Running Day + if you’re a runner, or want to get started, Nashville’s got you covered. 👟

During the month of June, Fleet Feet Nashville + ASICS are hosting Rundiscover — a 4-week, 4-course self-guided running series that will take you all over Music City.

The event is free (donations go to Girls on the Run) + does not have specific deadlines. The goal is to challenge yourself to complete all 4 races by the end of the month.

Here’s what you can look forward to at each trail:

  • Run Through History | 4.3 mi. | This run through South Nashville will show you the Nashville City Cemetery, the new site of Nashville SC’s stadium, women-owned local biz + more.
  • Team Tour | 4.3 mi. | Take a tour of downtown’s sports scenes with sights that include Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium + First Horizon Park.
  • Music City Tour | 4.2 mi. | Fill your run with art with this trail that will take you past the Gulch’s murals + Music Row’s iconic museums and bars.
  • Centennial Park + Parthenon | 4.2 mi. | Take a hike around the water, the 440 Greenway + all the beautiful nature Centennial Park has tucked away.

Participants will receive a packet that includes directions via GoogleMaps, photos to provide a visual guide, parking and footwear recommendations + fun facts about each location.

Hate running? No worries — all of the trails are walkable + equally enjoyable at a slower pace.
