A new River North development will bring a hotel, residential units, street-level retail, and coworking spaces to the East Bank.

Led by Brentwood-based GBT Realty, the project is slated for a 2-acre site near the roundabout, close to Oracle’s future campus. A new rendering suggests part of the development could rise to at least 30 stories + GBT Realty President and CEO George Tomlin notes it will offer views of the new Titans stadium, downtown, Germantown, and East Nashville.

The firm plans to follow this initial phase with a second phase on a nearby 1.5-acre site, known as Parcel G.
