Just shy of a month after demolition began on the former Belle Meade Plaza, AJ Capital Partners is breaking down plans for a portion of the Belle Meade Village development that sits on a 15.5-acre site along Harding Pike.

New renderings and details focus on two buildings comprised of 80 for-sale units and over 16,000 sqft of amenities that will make up The Residences at Belle Meade Village. This contributes to larger plans for 388 residential spaces and 78 hotel rooms.

Throughout the eight-floor buildings, residents will have access to curated features:

  • Lifestyle | Pool with private cabanas, 5-acre park, and golf simulator
  • Specialty rooms | Library, piano, Mahjong, screening/listening, and whiskey/cigar rooms
  • Wellness | Gym, Pilates studio, sauna, spa, cold plunge, salon, and private treatment rooms

The residential component is expected to be complete by late 2027, but tours begin this fall at the sales gallery — 4525 Harding Pk.
