A 180,000-sqft mixed-use district is expected to break ground by early 2025 near downtown Franklin’s Five Points area.

Located at the corner of Margin Street and stretching over to Columbia Avenue, The Margin District will offer 50,000-sqft of street-level retail and dining, office space, and outdoor gathering areas, with plans to also work the former Handy Hardware store into the project.

Now that we’ve covered “work and play,” let’s take a look at the “live” element.

The Residences at The Margin District

The development by NAI Nashville Stanton Group includes 25 luxury homes ranging from ~2,000 sqft to just over 3,000 sqft. Some of the residences are expected to be complete by 2027, with each one boasting a private outdoor terrace, two gated parking spaces, and storage. Homes are priced starting around $2 million and marketed by Beacon Group of Tennessee at Fridrich & Clark Realty. Take a peek at a few sketches.
