A 99-unit boutique hotel is nearing completion in 12 South. When it opens this spring, The Gilmore will be the neighborhood’s first hotel.

Located at 1121 Gilmore Ave. across from Frothy Monkey, the property is owned by M Cubed Developments and will be managed by AvantStay. The hotel, offering rooms ranging from studios to four-bedroom suites, will feature Mediterranean-inspired design elements and include the following amenities:

  • Interior courtyard, open-air rooftop, and a multipurpose room
  • Contactless check-in and check-out, in-room dining options, and IV therapy
  • Underground public parking garage access
  • Within walking distance to Sevier Park, new developments like 12 South Collection and Ashwood 12 South, and a multitude of murals

Additionally, three retail spaces will be located on the street level, with entry from the 12 South side of the building. While the official opening date and retail spots are still to be announced, advanced bookings will be available starting in March.
