If you’re eager to attend a show at The Pinnacle, the wait is nearly over. Kacey Musgraves will play the inaugural show on Thursday, Feb. 27, and 40+ events are currently scheduled through October.

The experience

The 88,500-sqft venue at Nashville Yards fits 4,500 concertgoers and features two viewing levels. If you have a lower level ticket, expect a lifter floor for enhanced sightlines. The horseshoe balcony offers rail-side standing, VIP seating, and first-come-first-served bleachers. For parking, Nashville Yards has 7,000+ paid spaces.

Food and drinks

The Pinnacle has bar and concession areas, and Canada-based restaurant Earls Kitchen + Bar will occupy the first floor by late 2025. In the meantime, grab a pre-show dinner nearby at Stationairy (inside Union Station Hotel) or The Finch.

Upcoming concerts

After Musgraves, the next few acts include Illenium, Killswitch Engage, Deadmau5, Turnpike Troubadours, and Journey. Later this spring, Jason Isbell, T-Pain, Megan Moroney, and Jack White will take the stage. In addition to concerts, the venue plans to host comedy shows and wrestling events.

Dialing up a ‘9-1-1' spinoff series

More than a decade after the hit show “Nashville” made its mark on primetime, another ABC series is putting Music City back in the spotlight — only this time, it comes with more sirens.

“9-1-1: Nashville” will be the latest installment in the first responder franchise, which has featured actors like Angela Bassett in the flagship series and Rob Lowe leading the Texas-based spinoff, “9-1-1: Lone Star.”

No cast members have been confirmed, but the series by Ryan Murphy (“Glee” and “American Horror Story”) is set to air on ABC during the 2025-2026 season. It’s also unclear how much will be filmed in Nashville, though a Deadline report said the city “emerged as a front-runner, in part because of a tax credit.”

From a “bee tornado” to a highway shark attack, seemingly no emergency is off limits in the franchise. Let us know who you would like to see star in the show, and we may feature your response in an upcoming newsletter.
