How do you like your toast? You’ll have options when Toastique opens in Germantown next year.

The toast and juice bar is one of the first tenants announced for mixed-use development Starling (formerly Ballpark Village) under construction at 820 4th Ave. N. The restaurant is expected in the second quarter of 2024 — here’s a glimpse of what you’ll find on the menu:

  • Gourmet toasts like like spicy crab and tomato burrata
  • Smoothies and smoothie bowls
  • Cold-pressed juice and craft coffee

In case you missed it, Starling will boast 350+ residential units and 17,000 sqft of retail space facing the Cumberland River Greenway when it opens next summer. Toastique will occupy 1,600 sqft and offer an outdoor patio.

Stay tuned to see what other businesses join the development’s retail lineup.
