Steak your claim on the books because reservations are live. Harper’s officially opens its doors today at downtown’s Peabody Plaza —2 Lea Ave. Grab your passports, the restaurant is determined to take guests on a culinary journey from start to finish.

The menu

Begin your meal with starters (known as arrivals) like beef wellington potstickers or the crispy rock shrimp tempura (Editor Skylar’s No. 1 pick) + selections from the raw bar. The steak menu includes classic cuts (think: filet mignon and dry-aged bone-in NY strip), as well as elk tenderloin, Japanese wagyu, and a 48 oz. Porterhouse.

Finish with a sweet treat (known as departures) by ordering the tableside crème brûlée or the Goo Goo Cluster Cheesecake made with a roasted peanut crust and topped with chocolate ganache and chopped Goo Goo Clusters. Pro tip: It’s right if you like treats on the sweeter side.
