Doughbird, a pizza and rotisserie chicken concept from restaurateur Sam Fox, is set to open next week in Green Hills.

The restaurant — 4031 Hillsboro Pk. Ste. 901 — is accepting reservations for Wednesday, Feb. 1 and beyond.

Look for appetizers like cast iron shishito peppers and truffle cheese bread, as well as salads, sandwiches, specialty pizzas, and a variety of chicken dishes. On the happy hour menu, you’ll find sips like Green Hills Sangria (blackberry, peach, pressed lemon, brandy, and red wine), cocktails, and frozen drinks.

In the meantime, see what Doughbird has been cooking up in preparation for opening day. Some of Fox’s other concepts include Blanco Cocina, Pushing Daisies, and The Twelve Thirty Club.
