From surf and turf to bourbon pairings, check out these one-of-a-kind chef experiences.

Dine Nashville: The Music City Way returns in February.

The annual foodie celebration will feature Restaurant Week from Monday, Feb. 20 to Sunday, Feb. 26, as well as chef collaborations + special discounts throughout the month.

We’ll have more on Restaurant Week later, but you can get in on the action early by reserving a collaborative chef experience now. Read: Your favorite chefs teaming up for one-night-only experiences.

  • This four-course dinner features biscuits and gravy, beef carpaccio, smoked duck breast, and more.

  • One of Nashville’s oldest restaurants will host the James Beard Award-winning chef.

  • Pasta is the main attraction at this five-course dinner.

Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey x Bobby Hotel

  • The downtown hotel will host this iconic whiskey brand for the evening.

Ford Fry (Optimist, Superica + more) x Gracie Nguyen (East Side Banh Mi)

  • Menu selections will include roasted gulf oysters, mini tuna tostadas, smoked bologna banh mi, and cocktail pairings.

  • Guests will be greeted with a signature cocktail followed by dishes representing each chef’s style.

  • The event, called Surf & Turf, will be a five-course, shared plate tasting menu with an optional beverage pairing add-on.
