Ice cream concept for adults coming to Nashville this spring

Tipsy Scoop specializes in liquor-infused ice cream and sorbet, but will also serve non-alcoholic options as part of the “Cool Kids Club.”

After a series of pop-up classes around Nashville, including a love-themed mixology workshop coming up on Valentine’s Day, NYC-based Tipsy Scoop will open its brick-and-mortar space on the ground floor of Sentral SoBro Apartments in April.

Described as a “boozy ice cream barlour,” Tipsy Scoop takes inspiration from cocktails to infuse its ice cream and sorbet with liquor. Beyond the scoops, sundaes, flights, and cocktails, Nashville will even have its own signature flavor: Ice cream infused with Jackson Morgan salted caramel whiskey cream liqueur.

Other creations on the flavor menu include the Elvis Whiskey Midnight Snack and a Cake Batter Vodka Martini. For the under 21 and non-drinking crowd, there are eight alcohol-free options mimicking a spritz, margarita, and traditional ice creams.
