The 89,000 sqft concourse, slated to open in late 2023, will feature 8 domestic aircraft gates, dining options, various amenities + a shuttle to and from the main terminal.

Following decreased rates of air travel due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a nationwide surge of airport traffic was seen during the past month, causing a 200% increase at BNA in March. As part of BNA Vision, the satellite concourse aims to accommodate the anticipated air travel growth in the coming years.

Additionally, BNA has recently completed 2 parking garages, Concourse D, a new tickets and baggage claim area + more. Projects on the horizon include an International Arrivals Facility, expansion of the central security checkpoint + an on-site hotel.

The new satellite concourse is expected to create up to 1,000 jobs + has $8 million in contract opportunities for small, minority and women-owned businesses.

The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority Board of Commissions approved an initial $12.65 million in funds for the new concourse, and is expected to approve an estimated total of $75 million as the project progresses.
