Last week, countless Nashville restaurants, retail shops, and attractions closed or operated under limited hours for the safety of staff members and patrons.
With the snow behind us, Nashvillians are encouraging one another to show up for local businesses this week. In the spirit of doing our small part, we want to know the places you’ll be dining, shopping, and supporting via this survey , and we’ll share some of the responses in tomorrow’s newsletter.
Here are a few ideas to spread the local love:
- Sip on coffee | Order breakfast and a latte (and consider tipping extra) at one of these 28 coffee shops .
- Try a new business | Pie Town Tacos , Neighbors , and Neighborlily braved the snow last week by opening new locations.
- Pick up a local read | Stop by Parnassus Books, The Bookshop, Novelette Booksellers, and other local stores to buy a book written by a Nashville author .
- Find a food truck | Post up at Donelson’s food truck park for lunch or dinner.
