This news isn’t just for the guests you have coming into town. Last week, Hilton celebrated the topping out of its dual-branded Canopy and Homewood Suites hotels in the Gulch at 910 Division St. — formerly the site of Yazoo Brewing Company. While you won’t be ringing the bell until July 2024, grab your hard hat and take a virtual tour.

The 600-sqft Homewood Suites rooms will have fully-equipped kitchens with full-size refrigerators.

Homewood Suites
The 152-room hotel will feature a fitness center with Peloton bikes and a yoga lawn, a Tesla house car, and an indoor rooftop wine and tapas bar.

Yates Construction is the contractor of the project, which is managed by Tara Investments.

Canopy by Hilton
Out of 181 rooms, Canopy will boast 25 suites with a two-story presidential suite offering a 600-sqft private terrace overlooking the skyline.

For the locals
Expect an expansion of some local favorites, including a Five Points Pizza window, Yazoo Taproom at Common Place, and 8th & Roast Coffee Bar. You’ll also want to add Afterglow, Canopy’s 8,500-sqft rooftop agave-focused bar, to your rotation for Friday drinks after work.
