The annual event, now in its 16th year, returns to the 12 South neighborhood on Saturday, Sept. 9 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Before you get too cozy, you’ll need to know how to participate:

Where

  • Ticket holders will begin at Halcyon Bike Shop — 2802 12th Ave. S. — before walking, biking, or driving the self-guided tour. Pro tip: Parking at each home is limited.

What

  • The tour is ~2.3 miles and highlights seven participating historic homes.

Cost

  • Through Friday, Sept. 8, pre-sale tickets cost $15. Prices increase $5 the day of the event.

Why

  • Aside from appreciating the charming homes in the area, the 12 South Home Tour is the neighborhood’s largest fundraiser and helps support other event favorites like the Halloween parade + beautification projects.
