Where can you find a mechanical bull, rooftop sips, and a gaming parlor all under one roof? Well, soon, downtown Nashville.

Nashville Live!, an entertainment group with sister concepts in Arlington, TX and Kansas City, has plans to develop the former George Jones Museum building (128 2nd Ave. N.) — with portions of the project opening in phases as soon as this year. Here’s what we know about the venue’s five floors:

DraftKings Sports & Social | Sports entertainment + dining

  • LED media walls for sporting event viewings + live fan-cams and music on game days
  • Menu by James Beard Award-nominee Chef John Suley — think: crispy kataifi-wrapped shrimp, cacio e pepe arancini, and truffle mushroom flatbread
  • Mobile platforms to place bets
  • Specialty cocktails including The Crush — freshly-squeezed juice and your choice of liquor over crushed ice

Bonus: An additional DraftKings Sports & Social location was announced earlier this year at The Mall at Green Hills.

It’s only fitting Music City gets a bar honoring PBR with the Nashville Stampede in town.

PBR Cowboy Bar | A western-inspired bar

  • Mechanical bull
  • Line dancing
  • Partnership with Lockhart Smokehouse, an award-winning Texas barbecue joint
  • VIP booths
  • Live music and DJs

We’ll never say no to a new rooftop with Cumberland River views.

AVA Rooftop Bar | Elevated rooftop oasis

  • Mediterranean-inspired small plates featuring a cucumber salad, mezze platter, and three types of skewers
  • Lounge-style seating, greenery, and lights at night
  • DJs and live music in the evenings
  • A wine list of multiple varieties, craft cocktails, and draft + canned beer

Plus, expect a speakeasy-style bar and The Gallery — a private event space with room for 450 people.
