The Wrap

In the mid-1930s, the Grand Ole Opry spent seven months broadcasting from the Belcourt — then the Hillsboro Theatre. On Monday, Nov. 17, Belcourt historian T. Minton will explore that era in this one-hour seminar, followed by a 35mm screening of “Nashville Rebel” starring Waylon Jennings.

The event also marks the shared centennial of the Opry and the Belcourt.
