Dolly Parton’s wine label appeared in Nashville this summer with a whimsical CMA Fest pop‑up, and now it has a home of its own. The new Dolly Wines Bar quietly opened Friday on the second level of Assembly Food Hall. Some of the signature sips include:
Chardonnay – Notes of white peach, sweet cream, and oak
Pinot Noir – Hints of blueberry pie, cherries, and vanilla
Seasonal Sangria — Chardonnay, peach, raspberries, Asian pear, lemon, thyme, and Topo Chico
Consider it a companion to “Dolly: A True Original Musical,” which runs through Sunday, Aug. 31 at Belmont University’s Fisher Center.

Is it just me, or does this photo make you want to curl up with a book and a latte? This cozy corner is actually inside the new Perenn Bakery location on Sidco Drive, which we mentioned in a newsletter last week.
The space is all about the details — think: high wood-paneled ceilings, a hand-painted espresso machine, and a mezzanine that overlooks the open bakery.
