Twenty First, a new upscale concept by Just One More Hospitality Group (Noble’s, Crow’s Nest, and Dalton’s Grill), opened Saturday, Jan. 18 at 1602 21st Ave. S. The Hillsboro Village restaurant is dinner service only for now, but expect lunch and brunch offerings this spring.

We’re all about “phone eats first” and sharing our favorite bites. Tap the button below to see these menu highlights:
  • Appetizers | Deviled eggs (dijon, house-made pickles, and trout roe) + crab rangoons drizzled in sweet Thai chili sauce
  • Mains | Scallops made with lemon caper beurre blanc, romanesco puree, roasted sweet potatoes, and charred lemon + the New York strip steak served with mushroom sauce and truffle fries
Fun fact: The Bloodline cocktail (Jim Beam, blood orange, and citrus with a red wine float) was crafted by lead bartender Evan “Beam” Childers, a great-great-grandson of Jim Beam.
