Hidden-ville, Hidden Bar at Noelle You’re booked! Also open through Jan. 1, movie buffs can experience as many as 10 themed drinks at this bar inspired by “How the Grinch Stole Christmas.”
Kevin McCallister’s Fun House, East Nashville Beer Works The East Nashville brewery is tapping into all things “Home Alone” at its first-ever holiday pop-up running from Nov. 21 to Dec. 29.
Griswold Family Christmas, Schulman’s Throughout December, have the hap-hap-happiest time at this pop-up straight out of Clark Griswold’s holiday dreams — complete with sips, snacks, and decor inspired by “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation.”

Voodoo Brewing Co. plans to open a taproom at the 445 Park Commons development next to GEODIS Park, according to a Metro permit. The beer company is based in Pennsylvania and has locations in nine other states. (Nashville Post)

Nashville Comedy Festival added Wanda Sykes to its 2025 lineup, joining previously announced acts Kevin Hart and Mark Normand. Tickets go on sale Friday, Nov. 22 for Sykes’ Sunday, April 13 show at Ryman Auditorium. Stay tuned for more lineup additions.

James Beard Award-winning chef Sean Brock’s fast-casual burger joint Joyland officially opens in Sylvan Heights today, Nov. 19.
The restaurant at 4013 Charlotte Ave. marks the second Nashville location and third overall — Joyland debuted in East Nashville in spring 2020 + the concept expanded to Birmingham earlier this year. Here’s what to know before the doors swing open at 8 a.m.
What’s cooking
The breakfast menu, which is served daily, features buttermilk biscuit sandwiches, a burrito with all the fixings, and waffle hashbrowns. For lunch and dinner, choose from a variety of hamburgers (including the signature crustburger), as well as fried chicken on a stick, fries, hand pies, and shakes.
Joyland is open until 9 p.m. every Sunday through Thursday and 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Bonus: On Saturday, Nov. 30, Brock will host a grand opening vinyl party from 6 to 9 p.m.
