Experience Zuzu, specializing in “upscale Asian fusion cuisine,” is making its way to downtown’s 222 Second Avenue building in a space last home to The Green Pheasant by September. In other news, Elia Group, who is behind Zuzu, has plans for 10 area restaurants over the next ~3 years, according to a LinkedIn post.

In other downtown development news, Chicago’s Underground Cocktail Club is expanding to Printers Alley this spring. The name will be altered to “The Blueprint” to pay homage to the new location’s historic past and The Blueprint Supply Co. print shop that once stood in the same place. (Nashville Lifestyles)

Vanderbilt is working on a new college dedicated to computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, and related fields. The College of Connected Computing will mark the university’s first new college in over 40 years. The process to secure faculty members will begin in the coming months. (Nashville Post)

Nashville landed a spot on Sports Business Journal’s “Best Sports Business Cities” as “one to watch.” Now in its second year, the ranking focuses on cities that have been among the most successful at attracting and hosting sporting events, contributing to the area’s economic impact.

There’s a new 246-acre green space in Williamson County. Peacock Hill Nature Park (6990 Giles Hills Rd., College Grove) offers six walking trails, a visitor’s center, and is home to a hill that measures the tallest in the county at 1,180 ft high.
