‘Tis the season, Nashville.Holiday LIGHTS returns to Cheekwood Estate & Gardens November 18 and runs through January 7. The Cheekwood grounds will sparkle with over one million lights on a one-mile walking path – and that’s not all.

Stop by a kiosk for a hot cocoa or festive libation to sip while strolling the gardens, then grab a s’mores kit and roast your marshmallows over an open fire.
🎁 Holiday Marketplace
Get some shopping done while you’re having your festive fun. The Marketplace, located in the Frist Learning Center, will feature a 9-ft, garden-themed ornament wall and a wide selection of gifts and decor.
🎄 The Mansion
Treat yourself to a tour of the mansion, which will include the iconic 20-ft Poinsettia tree in the Loggia and gingerbread displays in the Morning Room.

Let’s hear it for the Nashville Nighthawks. The American Flag Football League announced the names and logos of the four teams playing in the league’s inaugural season. See the Nighthawks play at the Vanderbilt Soccer/Lacrosse Complex for the first time on Saturday, May 18.

Get ready to partee. Puttshack, an entertainment venue first announced in 2021, will officially open in the Gulch (1111 Church St.) on Friday, Nov. 24. The 28,000-sqft space will offer four nine-hole mini-golf courses, a stage for live music and DJ, two bars, and a food menu. (Nashville Business Journal)

Crazy Gnome Brewery is growing. The biz is planning a brewery and taproom in Inglewood — 1005 W. Kirkland Ave. It’s unclear yet whether this will be a relocation or a second location, but the new space will allow a larger brew system and an 80-seat taproom. (Nashville Business Journal)
Eat
Don’t be choco-late to the news. Goo Goo Cluster expanded its offerings with the launch of Goo Goo Fine Chocolates. The new collection features five flavors of European-style truffles, which also includes vegan treats.

Cirque du Soleil is collaborating with Universal Music Group to debut a new theatrical touring show, premiering at TPAC in July 2024. The performance will combine skilled acrobats with country music melodies. Auditions for musicians will be held Dec. 4-7 + tickets go on sale Wednesday, Dec. 6.
