Tennessee State Museum will distribute $5 million in grants to Tennessee museums this fiscal year. Grant amounts will range between $5,000 and $100,000 + must be used for capital maintenance and improvement projects. Applications are now open.

Drink Up Month — mocktail style. Every Monday through July 24, we’re bringing you a special zero-proof cocktail recipe with help from our friends at Killjoy, a booze-free beverage shop south of downtown at 2020 Lindell Ave.
First up in the series is the Summer Sparkler, a fun spin on an Aperol spritz and perfect for sipping on a summer afternoon. Check out the recipe below, and make sure you’re following NASHtoday + Killjoy on Instagram to keep up with our recipe Reels all month long.
Mocktail No. 1: Summer Sparkler
3 ounces Surely Brut (dry, sparkling NA wine)
2 ounces Wilfred’s Orange & Rosemary
1 dropper of All the Bitter orange bitters (sold in sampler packs)
Splash of club soda
Small pack of edible glitter (sold in packs of 10)
Optional, 1 Blue Henry dehydrated orange

Here’s something cheesy to look forward to. The Mac Shack is hosting its 5th annual National Mac and Cheese Day celebration on Friday, July 14 at Jackalope Brewing Company.
