Curious what urban living on the lux feels like? Experience the best of what downtown Nashville has to offer at the 18th annual Nashville Downtown Home Tour, featuring six showstopping residential properties (three of which are so new, you’ll be among the first Nashvillians to step inside).
Happening Sunday, April 30 from 12 p.m.-5 p.m., the self-guided tour ($15) is open to anyone who is looking for design inspo, is in the market for a move, or wants to imagine what downtown living feels like (with top amenities + stunning views). Here’s what all six stops offer:

Alcove Nashville
Opening May 2023, the skyline-changing, cubed architecture of the Alcove arguably makes it Nashville’s most striking residential high-rise. The uniquely-designed property offers 34 stories of luxury living, plus:
Floor-to-ceiling windows and state-of-the-art interior finishes
Elevators available on-call via your phone
Enviable social + work-from-home spaces
An impressive roof deck with a club room, interactive fitness studio, and two pools — including one clear-bottom pool hanging over the edge of the building
Albion in the Gulch
Also new to Nashville, Albion in the Gulch’s amenity-rich offerings and luxury touches give tour-goers the chance to experience living the high life. Look forward to seeing:
Soaring ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, and spacious, entertainment-ready floorplans
A skyline deck with a fireplace, grills, putting green, and spectacular gathering spaces
A pool-and-cabana-laden rooftop with unobstructed city views
Some additional unique amenities: A plaza-style outdoor performance center, on-site concierge, decked-out fitness center, a dog spa and indoor dog run, and more
Rutledge Flats
Living small? Rutledge Flats is downtown’s first microunit residential development (read: furnished studio apartments designed to give you everything you need at a more affordable price). Located minutes from Fifth and Broadway, the 8-story building offers:
Studios that measure 186-273 sqft with a kitchen, private bath, storage spaces, and full-sized bed
Large community kitchen on every floor
Rooftop deck + lounge, plus a Zen Courtyard and bike storage
Bonus: All utilities are included
