The 34-story tower at 201 Platform S. will become the city’s tallest occupiable office skyscraper (don’t worry, Batman Building, you’re still cool) + will contain 650,000 sqft of office space and 28,000 sqft of retail space.
The building — owned + developed by Southwest Value Partners — will be Nashville Yards’ first multi-tenant office tower, and will contain amenities like a dog park, parking + valet services.
Sustainability efforts — including the tower’s trapezoidal shape (which will help reduce energy consumption), enhanced filtered light + an eco-friendly HVAC system — are a major focus of the new development.
In addition to relocating its HQ, anchor tenant Pinnacle will open 10,000 sqft of campus retail space, an all-digital office concept inside Amazon Nashville + multiple ATMs across Nashville Yards.
Construction on the tower, which will be adjacent to Grand Hyatt Nashville + Amazon Nashville, is expected to begin in late 2021.
