A new entertainment district with a 4,000-person capacity concert venue is headed to downtown’s Nashville Yards development — and construction is targeted to begin as soon as early next year.
If this sounds familiar, that’s because plans for the district were already somewhat underway. However, Nashville Yards developer Southwest Value Partners + entertainment company AEG just announced plans to expand on the original vision to include even more offerings.
Here’s what’s coming to the district:
- 4,000-capacity live music venue
- 8-screen movie theater
- Food, beverage + retail offerings
- 275,000 sqft of Class A+ creative office space
- 3 residential towers
In addition to the planned entertainment district, Pinnacle Financial Partners announced that it will relocate its downtown headquarters to a new 34-story tower at Nashville Yards. The new tower will contain 650,000 sqft of office space and 28,000 sqft of retail.
Work also continues on Amazon’s 2 office towers, which will feature more than 1 million sqft once completed.
