Gathre
Led by executive chef Tony Fraske, the signature restaurant specializes in contemporary American dishes with Mediterranean and Northern Italian influences. The menu will remain small to focus on the overall experience, but will offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Editor’s pick: the whipped ricotta to start, followed by the main wild coho salmon with turmeric, coconut cream, lime, and jasmine rice.

The menu will also change seasonally six times a year, spotlighting local businesses. Upcoming partnerships include Frothy Monkey, Bear Creek Farm, Bucksnort Trout Ranch, Sequatchie Cove Creamery, and Parlor Doughnuts.

The seventh floor indoor and outdoor rooftop bar nods to the Gatsby era with its decor + features live music nightly. Bartenders serve up experimental cocktails like the Bullish (coconut berry Red Bull, vodka, house orgeat, fernet branca, and pineapple) that guests can pair with light biteswe see those truffle fries. If cocktails aren’t your vibe, but this bar is, grab a glass of wine or beer + choose from an expansive list of spirits. Happy hour is Monday-Friday from 4-6 p.m., and don’t forget about those sweeping Broadway views.
