Did we mention the in-house dry aging and whiskey + bourbon program?

The wait is over and the reward is filling. Burger + Grain joins the growing list of businesses setting up home base in The Nations.

Try it for yourself beginning Thursday, Nov. 9 when the restaurant opens its doors for the first time — next to Jeni’s Ice Creams at 4900 Centennial Blvd. Keep reading for a few elements we’re loving after our sneak peek of the new spot.

Space: Open kitchen concept, moody lighting, and some patio seating (with a fire pit).

Menu: We recommend ordering the...

  • Emberred giant meatball (spicy arrabiata sauce, pecorino, crispy basil, and truffle oil)
  • Bourbon braised short rib dumpling (soy garlic broth, braised bok choy, and sesame)
  • Gunpowder Fig to sip (Drumshanbo Gunpowder gin, fig, rosemary, lemon, and lavender smoke)

Bonus: Locally-sourced ingredients and partnerships — we spy Good Citizen Coffee Co. and The Honey Collective .

Run, don’t walk. Reservations are open now.
