Endeavor Real Estate announced that its 29-story tower at the corner of 12th Avenue South and Demonbreun Street will be home to 300 condos — not apartments as originally planned.
This shift in strategy reflects the lack of available condominiums in Nashville and marks the first chance to purchase newly-constructed condos in the Gulch since 2015, according to Endeavor.
“We’ve been watching the Nashville high-rise condo market closely for nearly a decade and have seen a real shortage of supply here relative to other cities of the same caliber,” Jamil Alam, managing principal of Endeavor Real Estate, said in a release.

ahead of its mid-2024 completion:
- Condo sales are underway with prices starting in the $400,000s.
- Rooftop amenities include a swimming pool with downtown views + a lounge, shared workspace, library, and game room.
- Level 6 will offer two pickleball courts, a fitness center, outdoor green space with fire pits, and various community areas.
- There will also be a lobby-level coffee shop.
