‘Tis the season to kick off the holidays. Nashville will soon get a little brighter with the lighting of the city’s 30-ft Norway spruce at Public Square Park.

Attend the annual lighting ceremony on Friday, Dec. 1 at 5:30 p.m. to see 5,500 lights illuminate the tree. The event will also feature performances by the Andrew Jackson Elementary School choir + singer and actress Grace Leer.

Bonus: Bring an unwrapped toy for the MNPD’s Christmas Basket Program.

Looking for other tree lighting ceremonies? These local and regional events will have you feeling festive.
