The project will span 27 acres on the west side of Nolensville Road and offer 400+ residential units, including multifamily units, townhomes, manor homes, and live/work units. Design guidelines prioritize green space, pedestrian + bicycle zones, a central lawn and flexible event space, a splash pad, pocket parks, and shaded outdoor seating.

Development of the town square will take place in three phases over the course of seven to 10 years, with phase 1 building construction beginning this spring. Phase 2 and 3 will follow in Fall 2025 and Fall 2026, respectively.
