The Riverside — proposed for a piece of property along the Cumberland River’s north bend — would include 5 million sqft of residential, commercial and retail spaces, as well as public parks and community gardens.

One of the project’s main focuses is the emphasis on walkability and transportation equity. Accessible to downtown via car or water taxi, the development will feature 3 interconnected parks that will serve as a hub for community activity + entertainment.
- Summit Park will span 6 acres and accommodate large events, festivals, programs, and art installations.
- Ravine Park will be the perfect place for outdoor activities with features like wooded trails, a dog park, and natural playscapes.
- River Terraces will also be home to various markets and festivals as well as outdoor dining, cafes, and overlooks along the water.
