Calling all home design enthusiasts — your spring just got busier.

Whether you’re in the market for a new home or someone who just loves home interiors (we’re guilty of the latter), you’ll want to mark your calendars for the Downtown Home Tour, presented by the Nashville Downtown Partnership with lead sponsor Millcreek Residential.

Here’s what to know before you go:

🗓️ Save the date

The tour takes place on Sunday, April 19, from noon to 5 p.m.

🏡 An exclusive tour

Explore stunning apartments and condos with breathtaking views + top-tier amenities on this self-guided tour across nine properties. Plus, enjoy giveaways, refreshments, and more at select tour stops.

📍Property previews

  • Society Nashville, a brand new property, brings elevated living to the Gulch with an inviting lobby, expansive amenities, and daily fitness classes and events.
  • Pendry Residences Sales Gallery offers a first look, showcasing refined design, elevated finishes, and thoughtfully curated amenities — set to rise above the Pendry Hotel in the Paseo South Gulch.
  • Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Bennie Dillon was built in the 1920s as one of downtown’s first skyscrapers and later converted into residences in the 1990s, preserving features like its marble lobby and terrazzo floors.

The Buy

This No. 1 best-selling jelly tote bag that we’re low-key obsessed with for spring and summer. The tip-proof design keeps your tote upright, but it still folds flat to pack or store. It’s also waterproof, easy to clean, and carry-on approved — hello, beach vacay bag. Grab your favorite color (we like iridescent) and let the compliments pour in.

The Wrap

🍓 I’m officially on strawberry watch. If you’d like to visit nearby farms for u-pick opportunities, Kelley’s Berry Farm in Castalian Springs has reopened for the season, and Delvin Farms in Arrington is back in action starting tomorrow.
