Start popping the popcorn — downtown’s entering its blockbuster movie era.

Hooky Entertainment is set to open on Wednesday, April 29 at Nashville Yards. Here’s what’s inside the 50,000-sqft venue:
  • Seven movie auditoriums (including a large-format SDX screen)
  • Full-length bowling lanes
  • 15,000-sqft arcade with 48 games
  • Two cocktail bars

The movie experience

Seating is couch-style, with food and drinks delivered to you. Beyond the bottomless popcorn and soda, there’s a full menu with items such as Detroit-style pizza, sandwiches, shareables, and milkshakes.

“Michael” and “The Devil Wears Prada 2” are part of the initial lineup, with tickets already on sale for those movies and other upcoming releases.

Know before you go

The venue will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. Expect extended weekend hours and up to three hours of free parking with validation at the help desk.

Plan Ahead

Choose your own festival

A patron of the East Nashville Beer Fest pours a draft at a vendor at a previous year's festival.
Beer, rock climbing, and knitting — just not at the same festival. | Photo by @eastnashvillebeerfest
We know it can be hard to choose between Nashville’s many festivals, especially when some fall on the same day, so we’re trying a new way to explore our Plan Ahead. Click on the statements below to find your next April fest.

🧗‍♂️ This weekend

I want to try out archery and rock climbing.

I want to go on a cherry blossom walk.

I want to sample beer, cider, and mead.

🧶 Later in the month

I want to hang out with knitters and crocheters.

I want to sip on sparkling wine with a view.

I want to celebrate Nashville’s food scene.
